A community where people engage and connect.
Lutheran Crossings at Moorestown has been serving the needs of older adults for more than 70 years. We’ve grown from a 16-resident, one-building care community into a flourishing senior living community offering a continuum of living options and healthcare services. But throughout this evolution and several name changes, one thing has remained constant: our profound commitment to enhancing the lives of older adults.
A faith-based nonprofit organization, Lutheran Crossings is part of Lutheran Social Ministries of New Jersey. Spirituality in all its forms is important in our community, and we are open to people of all faiths. Leaders from other religious traditions visit residents and hold services at St. Luke’s, our nondenominational on-site chapel. We have a full-time chaplain on staff and offer monthly Bible study sessions that are open to all.
An appreciation for the importance of spiritual life guides our holistic, person-centered approach to healthcare. Our dynamic team of physicians, nurses, therapists, social workers and other healthcare professionals work together to create customized, interdisciplinary care plans that enhance residents’ physical, intellectual, emotional, social and spiritual well-being.
To promote engagement and help residents connect with one another, we also offer a robust activities and events program, including everything from bingo and birthday celebrations to Tai Chi, “Tea & Trivia” socials and trips to local restaurants and cultural events. All residents, whether they are in Assisted Living, Memory Support, Skilled Nursing or Rehabilitation are encouraged to participate in community life as much as possible.
Lutheran Crossings at Moorestown does not discriminate in the delivery of services based on race, ethnicity, nation’s origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, mental or physical disabilities or source of payment.
