New Faces Grace the Nursing Leadership Team

Lutheran Crossings is excited to have three new additions to the nursing leadership team.

Donna Brown began in the role of Director of Nursing in July.
Donna joins our nursing staff with a long list of credentials. She earned an associate degree in nursing from Rowan College at Burlington County (formerly  Burlington County College), and a bachelor of science in nursing (BSN) from Immaculata University. She also received master’s degrees in both nursing and healthcare administration from the University of Phoenix, and is currently enrolled in a doctoral program at Chamberlain College of Nursing.

Donna is certified in gerontology, a registered nurse in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and is a licensed nursing home administrator in PA and NJ. She is also an adjunct professor at Rowan College at Burlington County, and is a member of the Pennsylvania Directors of Nursing Association, American Nurses Credentialing Center, and the American College of Health Executives.

In her leisure time, Donna enjoys travel and gardening.


Nina Brown is the new Assistant Director of Nursing and Staff Development Coordinator.

Nina comes to Lutheran Crossings with many years of experience. She earned a bachelor of arts degree from Wilkes College in psychology, a BSN from Wagner College, and a master of science in nursing from Gwynedd Mercy University. She is a registered nurse in NJ and PA. In addition to hands-on nursing, Nina has trained many future nurses.

Nina has been married to her husband, Steve, for 30 years. Together they have two adult sons, Alexander and Stephen. When she’s not working, Nina enjoys gardening, reading, antique shopping, and bargain hunting. She also speaks fluent Ukrainian!


Kelly Clubb, a registered nurse, in the new unit manager in the Hartford Glen neighborhood. She earned an associate of science degree from Gwynedd Mercy University, and a BSN from LaSalle University. She also holds a bachelor of arts degree in communications from Temple University.
