Newly constructed in 2009, Lutheran Crossings’ assisted living community is comprised of 56 suites, with seven different floor plan options. Each suite is appointed with a kitchenette, living area, private bath with walk-in shower, and peaceful views. Some floor plans offer a spacious bedroom with a balcony.
The well-appointed senior living residence is perfectly nestled between Moorestown’s historic Breidenhart Castle and Lutheran Crossings’ skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. It is a fellowship of seniors, residing in a charming and friendly community. For those who prefer living independently with some assistance with activities of daily living (ADL), our community offers comfort and the peace of mind that 24-hour care is available, if needed. Our compassionate staff creates a welcoming environment filled with warm hospitality and genuine kindness. Inviting activities and caring social services enrich our residents’ lives.
The overall health and wellbeing of our residents is our highest priority. Understanding and assessing their individual needs allows us to create a ‘prescription for wellness’ that is personalized. It is a plan of care that outlines the degree of assistance they need with their activities of daily living (ADLs), in order to sustain their optimal level of health and wellness.
For residents who have some form of memory impairment, including dementia or Alzheimer’s disease, our community provides added security and additional monitoring by nursing professionals.
