Code of Ethics and Business Integrity

To promote the privacy and safety of our patients and residents, Lutheran Crossings at Moorestown is committed to abiding by local, state, and federal laws and to meeting or exceeding ethical standards. Lutheran Crossings has established a broad-based Corporate Compliance Program to keep that commitment. As a participant in the Peace Church Compliance Program – a nationwide group of faith-based, nonprofit long term care organizations dedicated to corporate compliance – Lutheran Crossings, and its parent organization (LSMNJ), has established a “Code of Ethics & Business Integrity.” The scope of the Corporate Compliance Program encompasses a wide range of health and community issues, including the prevention of fraud and abuse, assurance of privacy, security of protected client information, as well as investigation and resolution of possible regulatory non-compliance.

Questions about the Lutheran Crossings’ Corporate Compliance Program or concerns regarding our business practices may be submitted by calling our Compliance Hotline at 1-800-211-2713. All complaints/concerns will be promptly investigated.
